Our Building Solution
Architectural Drawings
A fully qualified Architect will visit to discuss and understand your ideas and requirements before providing a tailored proposal. We will oversee the production of full plans and drawings and continue this service through to the application process with the relevant people.
Quotation
A skilled estimator will attend free of charge, who will listen to your ideas and provide solutions or creative suggestions. We will then send your quote via email or post. Your quote will be broken down and itemised so that you can see exactly what we are quoting for. Please have a look at the links below for an example of how our quotation process works.
Project management
Your project is in good hands with House of Building Group, as we assign a dedicated Project / Account Manager to handle all paperwork and project logistics. With over 90% of our staff having worked with us since our inception, we have a skilled and experienced team to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Our transparent account system ensures you receive weekly updates and regular meetings with your Project / Account Manager to discuss changes, amendments, and payments. Plus, you can expect direct communication with the company owner and access to a list of all personnel involved in your project.
Completion
House of Building Group ensures that all necessary Building Regulations Certificates are obtained by liaising with local building officers and carrying out required inspections at various stages of the project. We maintain our high standards by conducting inspections with clients throughout the project and providing guarantees for all products where applicable.
After project completion, we encourage clients to fill out a survey form to share their thoughts on how the project was handled, whether it be praising feedback or constructive criticism to help us improve. Our philosophy is simple: "you pay for a good job, so praise isn't necessary".
