Throughout the project, where Building Regulations have been specified, the foreman or Project / Account Manager will liaise with the local building officer and carry out all of the necessary inspections at the various stages of the project to enable the final certificate to be produced.
It is the duty of the Project / Account Manager to inspect all work during and at the end of the project with the client to make sure that our standards have been met. It is very important that we remain on top of our game and produce the high standards that we set.
All products where guarantees are to be issued will be completed and handed over at sign off stages. All products and warranties are different so please feel free to ask if you have any questions and your Project / Account Manager will be happy to advise.
Survey forms are sent out once the final invoice has been raised allowing you, the client, to share with the owner your thoughts on how the project has been run.
Although praising feedback is nice to hear the owner’s philosophy has always been that “you pay for a good job so praise isn’t necessary”. We also welcome constructive feedback as to how we can improve.
