Step 1 – Quotation

A skilled estimator will attend free of charge to your property to listen to your ideas or problems and either come up with some solutions or creative suggestions.

After measuring or taking notes of your wishes a quotation will be sent either via email or by post.

Your quote will be fully broken down and itemised so that you can see exactly what we are quoting for.

For an example of how a quotation will look please select one of the links below:

Bathroom & Kitchen Designers are also available to attend and provide a free visual design of how your room may look when completed.

Step 2 – Project Management

All projects will have an assigned Project / Account Manager to make sure the paper work is up to date and to help with the logistics of the project.

90% of our staff have been working for or with us since we started which helps with maintaining a fluent and productive system and work ethic. With several departments such as carpentry which at present employs twelve skilled carpenters, having larges teams of trades available enables us to carry out many projects simultaneously without running out of staff.

When a project starts, the quote is moved over to a new spread sheet, which becomes the account that remains transparent and detailed throughout the project. Your Project / Account Manager will have regular meetings with you, the client, to discuss any changes or amendments, and payments.

A weekly update email will be sent out by your Project / Account Manager detailing what has happened that week and what will be happening the next week, an account update will be attached so that you can see what work has been completed and ensure your account is correct.

Once a week you will receive an email on behalf of the owner of the company to ask all clients how their project is running and allowing the client to share their feedback with the owner.

During the week all Project / Account Managers will be responsible to discuss with the owner how the project is running and at this stage your comments and feedback will be relayed.

Communication is the key to the running of all projects and is something the owner is always looking to improve and monitor.

Below is a list of all of the people that will be involved in your project at some stage of the process, and whom you can contact to discuss any element of your project, at any time.

Step 3 – Completion

Building Regulations Certificates

Throughout the project, where Building Regulations have been specified, the foreman or Project / Account Manager will liaise with the local building officer and carry out all of the necessary inspections at the various stages of the project to enable the final certificate to be produced.

House of Building sign-offs

It is the duty of the Project / Account Manager to inspect all work during and at the end of the project with the client to make sure that our standards have been met. It is very important that we remain on top of our game and produce the high standards that we set.

All products where guarantees are to be issued will be completed and handed over at sign off stages. All products and warranties are different so please feel free to ask if you have any questions and your Project / Account Manager will be happy to advise.

Customer Survey

Survey forms are sent out once the final invoice has been raised allowing you, the client, to share with the owner your thoughts on how the project has been run.

Although praising feedback is nice to hear the owner’s philosophy has always been that “you pay for a good job so praise isn’t necessary”.  We also welcome constructive feedback as to how we can improve.

“The company is only as good as its last project” so please fill in these forms and give us your feedback, good or bad.
